Wednesdays at The Shops at Wailea
Every Wednesday we host a Sunset ALL LEVELS Community Class at The Shops at Wailea. This is a partnership with lululemon x Island Power Yoga.
We share energy, breath and movement together and invite all our community to join us. Bring your own yoga mat and water. Class is followed by refreshments and social at lululemon store at The Shops at Wailea. This is weather dependent, please follow on IG @islandpoweryoga for up to date alerts.

Full Moon Vinyasa Flow + Sound Bath with Cacao Ceremony
Cacao is a superfood rich in antioxidants + minerals, this has been used as a tool to celebrate and connect with one’s self in ceremonies and with mindfulness. We will combine a Full Moon Vinyasa Flow to celebrate and honor the beauty + power that the moon’s energy provides. Jenna will add the Sound Bath healing to encourage a deeper connection to your own practice.

Breath Workshop: Connected Conscious Breathing
Breath Work is an umbrella term, there are many forms to practice. In this style, Eric Russo will be facilitating a Connected Conscious breath Work to leave you feeling with a sense of peace and allowing space to have major break throughs.

Monthly Sound Bath Healing with Yoga Flow
We love offering a Sound Bath Healing each month to encourage students to reset and relax. Sound Bath has been known to help relieve stress and anxiety and help the nervous system reset. We combine our Sound Bath with a yoga flow of either Yin, Vinyasa or Restorative. Sign up for the Newsletter to be updated each month as we sell out quickly.

Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath Healing
Join us on May 11 from 5:30-7pm for a Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath. The first portion of class is a 45 minute Restorative practice followed by 40 minutes of Sound Bath Healing. Bijou will be guiding an evening created to relax and restore your mind and body.
We offer a diverse variety of classes both heated and non heated. Our formats include: Vinyasa, Sculpt, YinYang Fusion, Yin Yoga and Restorative. Find early start times at 6am and late classes starting at 7:15pm

We offer an all levels flow each week for new and seasoned yogis to come enjoy an outdoor practice together. Join our community classes in the courtyard at The Shops at Wailea every Wednesday at 5:30pm. Followed by social and refreshments at The lululemon store.
